Scott went above and beyond! He made sure that the vents are cold. Double checking everything and even cleaned my AC. Talked to me throughout the process and explains how everything works. Such a professional in my books! Fair pricing, on time, positive attitude with his work. And the biggest plus is he is such a friendly guy to talk to. Highly recommended for HVAC needs!

I saw a bad review and I don't understand why.My experience with him that he was busy and he only could come at 10(pm) the day after I called him.Fine I was OK with that 》》My furnace was costing me a lot of money in electricity and I got 3 services in the last 3 years.I got 3 estimates for the same furnace and he was the lowest estimate by $950 dollars.The only thing I could say is he was supposed to change it Wednesday afternoon but came in morning Friday morning cause he had a lot of work.I'm fine with that cause $950 is a lot of money for me and I got the same furnace I price with other people and he did come in on the weekend ((Saturday)) to finish it. I gave him 5 stars eventhough he did it 2 days later but he did a fantastic job and clean up and left my house spotless. Personally I have really nothing to say bad about Mr Anderson apart that he did start a few days later that what he told me. Again I'm OK with that because the job he did was excellent and the price was very good.

On behalf of my dad, and family, please do not get this company to do your furnace or air conditioning. Scott never showed up when he was supposed to. Doesn’t respond to your phone calls or texts. It has been 1 1/2 months for Scott to complete the job and it’s still not done. He took advantage of seniors in my opinion. He got his money and then couldn’t finish. Called my dad to say he has no money and can’t fix it till Spring. What company does that? .Will be letting many people know about this company! Very unreliable, poor customer service!

Wpg Gas pro came last year on a rainy day and repaired my unit i purchased from Pyramid. He has Integrity that most big companies dont have.

Scott responded quickly to our message and came to our home within a half hour after speaking to him regarding our problem. He diagnosed the problem quickly and then went to pickup the new parts. Furnace was repaired and cleaned. He made sure the furnace was running properly before he left. I was happy with his service and would certainly use him again.

Scott is an exceptional business owner and an exceptionally kind hearted. Although he did not perform any repair for us but he was engaged, went out if his way to guide us through the process. Our furnace did not starts and he was willing to come in late evening, we discovered our 7 year old furnace still has warranty on parts he immediately suggested for us to go with the installer, and offered to be available should we call on him later. Thank you Scott, and keep the great and warm service alive.

Had These guys come down and install humidifier a/c and furnace to 3 of our properties, they were professional, and had competitive prricing. They took a bit longer then they said but we didint have a set deadline. The crew cleaned up everything and we couldnt be happier with the service we received.

I just had a furnace installed on Christmas Day , previously I called 3 different places as my house was freezing and I have a young daughter so it was a pretty urgent situation for my family . Unlike the other places I called which told me to call after the New Year ,Scott was happy to help and to even come on Christmas Day to do the install because of how urgent the situation was ! He was very professional and was respectful and did the job in a timely fashion . I was very happy !!
