Rize has a pretty good after sale service!When I received my City MD, the front wheel was damaged!One of the spoke was ripped out of the rim and the wheel was wobbling from side to side, that was obviously and impact during the transport!Sent an email with pictures and a little video, and they answered within 12hours!The matter was solved within a week and they shipped me another front wheel on warranty!Keep up the good work guys!Eric

I purchased the Blade 2 in black, shipping was fairly quick to Toronto, only issue was the handlebar sticking out of the box. I think this might've happened in the last stretch of delivery because it wasn't scuffed up badly, not a big deal to me.The assembly was straightforward, i followed the YouTube instead of using the manual. The bikes construction is very solid, the welds and paint look good.This bike moves quick, is easy to operate and produces a smooth ride. The brakes work well, i had no issue stopping from 40km/h. It definitely catches peoples attention, i haven't seen anyone with this type of bike around my neighborhood.I think at this price point the bike should come with the LCD v2 screen and also a better bell.. I've since replaced the bell with an electronic one.Overall im happy with the bike, i've only ridden it 5KM, since it's still cold here. I'm hoping for better weather so i can jump back on and see how well this handles different terrain, I'd definitely recommend this bike.

I bought my Rize fat tire bike last year. The bike works well and range is very good for such a big bike. It is a blast to ride especially on the trails.

Purchased Rize Blade 500 watts last May here in British Columbia. First e-bike purchase. Enjoying the trail rides with this bike. Richard and the rest of the customer support team has been very quick on responding to my inquiries about the e-bike.

Getting my Rize City bike this spring was one of the best decisions I ever made. I chose to order from Rize because they were willing to work with me to get it shipped all the way up to the Northwest Territories (while there was an extra cost for that, a lot of retailers wont even discuss shipping up here). Kevin helped me get my order in and provided great advice along the way.Ever since I got the bike I have been loving it. I ride it all around town, even in the depths of winter here. At -40c it continues to run smoothly (though the LED screen is a little slow to respond in those temperatures). If you are winter riding, I recommend getting some handlebar mitts, and depending on how much snow you get, switching to studded tires in the winter makes a huge difference. It is a joy to ride and makes my trip into work and around town so much more enjoyable.I love how they provide advice and youtube videos showing how to maintain your ebike, I love how friendly they were to work with in order to get my order in, and most of all I love my e-bike! I am very impressed with Rize bikes, and very happy with my order!

You are better off buying a known brand from your local bike shop with a comprehensive warranty, and in person product support. Even an iGO from Costco is a better option, at least Costco will take care of you immediately. I regret returning my iGo to Upgrade" to Rize. Dealing with problems on such an expensive purchase remotely is a big headache.I have owned the Rize RX and the City MD for over a year now

Rize bikes has turned out to be the best bike AND support team I could have asked for during the process of shooting for my new e-bike..The customer service is amazing (eg prompt, courteous, informative and available to my needs). I could not be more happy with my experience and would 100% recommend to anybody in the market for a top notch e-bike with a equally top notch team to serve and support you with your purchase.I love my Rize RX. 5400 km update!Bikes been great, had issues with motor noise, worked with Rize, second motor installed easily, Jan 23, motor is noisy, once the warranty is up I’ll be greasing it.Headlight is not good, you can easily outride the beam, additional lights are recommended, by me.Not a fan of the kenda tires that come with the bike, I’ve replaced with dillenger brand, huge difference.Secondary batteries are as advertised, and well worth the expense.Overall very happy, studded tires helpthe winter commutes.So, ebikes look like fun, but you ride a regular bicycle.After riding full time for 16 months in Canada, through the winter too….., on my Specialized FSR I decided to sell my vehicles and stop buying gasoline.I’d been researching Ebikes for a couple years and decided on a Rize because it had all the things I wanted.I purchased the RX pro !Upgraded components, racks, seat post, fenders encluded, 52v, at least 15ah battery, Canadian, and in stock.I simply couldn’t be happier so far. Arrived in 8 days, simple final assembly, just two scratches on the rims.8 days 333 Kms later and I’m getting use to the massive size, I’m only 5’8”, if you’re smaller or new to cycling this bike will be to big!I’ve always gotten the advertised distance plus from the battery, but I do peddle 99.9!% of the time and find I do not use assist on flat single track or city pathways, it’s surprisingly pedalable, keeping in mind I’ve never been off my bicycles so most likely not the average rider.It drives beautifully, Carry’s speed over rough terrain and feels firm on the ground.It will walk you up steep hills and put a huge smile on your face with every ride.So, suck up the pride, remove the preconceptions and try one, this thing is awesome and when the two extra batteries arrive I’m out of here for a big trip.Buy with confidence, things a beast

Worth the investment! I got the City and it is a commuters dream! Pedal assist & throttle makes riding long distances very easy. The shocks are really nice, and the handlebars are engonomical. I added a basket on mine for my work bag, mail, and a few groceries. I also added a gel seat. In the first 3 days I rode 26 kilometres! I would recommend this bike to anyone who lives in town who needs to commute to work. Save your vehicle for long drives, and bike instead. It's better for your car, better for your health, and better for the environment.
