It's the only Burger King close to us without going to the city. Normally, things are ok, but I don't know what happened the last time we were there a few evenings ago. Service was the worst I ever have seen it. Maybe it was only new employees working that evening and I understand if someone is trying but should have experienced workers there with them. That's the managers fault if it was only trainees there that evening. Food is normally good and service is fast. Will go back again but will look at another place to eat if things don't improve.

This location has a great staff and been here lots. Today I was in and it's 30 degrees outside and must be at least 40 degrees inside. I couldn't eat my food in the restaurant to cool off and the poor workers and exhausted in the hot kitchen. This location does not have air conditioning or the owners are too cheap to turn it on. And the men's restroom has been out of service now for well over a month. Great peoples, good food but terrible place to go on a hot day.

I went in with my friends on April 21, around 11:15. The lady who greeted us was cold and barely acknowledged us. She made us feel like an inconvenience to her! The lady would only take one order at a time and run off and boss her coworkers around while doing nothing herself. Not only that, she messed up my friends order twice and got mad at her! These workers mumble while taking our orders and don’t know how to multitask. When I asked for a couple of mayo packets she rolled her eyes at me and shoved them in my hand! I wouldn’t even give this place a one star review. There is only genuinely one individual there who is friendly he’s tall with a beard. Everyone else was so slow, careless and plain rude. If you can’t handle working in costumer service then please quit. It takes way more energy to be rude and horrible than it is to be nice.

Pretty good quality and not too bad service. The cleanliness of the store was a little dirty seeing as I was the only one in the restaurant pre-lunch. Overall not bad but you don’t even know the area has a Burger King unless you stumbled on it like it did.

How hard is it to punch an order correctly into your system. You simply go through the list of items someone has ordered and punch it in. This place must have some incompetent people, because they continuously mess up every time I have ordered on skip. Not ordering again don’t order here.

Tonight at 5:15 my husband and myself came in to dine and we stood at the counter for 8 mins only to be ignored not even a “ hello I’ll be right with you” a staff member came out from the back he went to the till in front of us didn’t say a word and returned to the back. I understand if you are busy but at least acknowledge your customers waiting. We ended up at Wendy’s we were greeted with a smile and were eating in 5 minutes.

Front door / counter closed. Cash only no machine for cards. Food not cooked, Mozzarella cheese sticks. Fries cold.Burger only ok because natural gas must have been working!If your Electricity is out, you should Close!So Disappointed...

I am sure glad that there was no lettuce shortage this visit. I had a Whopper meal this time and enjoyed the meal along with the price for it. The staff members were friendly, and our burgers and fries were brought out to us as well. Thank you to the staff members who were so accommodating.

Had the bacon whopper melt and chicken fries. The whopper melt bread was barely toasted and it just tasted like a hamburger sandwich. Not what I expected. Wouldn't order it again. The chicken fries were excellant.

I ordered through skip, and an entire meal was missing with added items I didn't order. When I called them to see what happen they just told me to ask for a refund and reorder it. this was after waiting an hour for food. The driver told me they were basically just standing around doing one order at a time with multiple drivers waiting for order. fast food. more like terrible service. no thanks.
