Great service staff!

We took our brand new macan here to get a new tire as the wheel had a rip in it. Our car was towed to this location. This location put on the wrong tire which caused a malfunction of our car while driving on the highway with our newborn baby. The car would slow down almost to a stop if it went over 70kmph. This could have cost me and my family our lives when this stopped our car in the middle of the highway. All because of Markham’s error. They have done nothing to apologize or make it up to us. Porsche Oakville took the car from us indicating it was not drivable due to safety concern and identified and fixed the issue after 2 weeks of investigating. Markham location clearly doesn’t know what they are doing and I would never deal with them given they did not apologize or compensate us in any way for the danger they put us in. This Porsche location is not professional and clearly lacks quality control. Avoid their service centre!!
