Amazing customer service. I was acknowledged by every member of the team that walked past me as I waited. The staff I interacted with were very thorough and informative, letting me know about a pretty serious issue that had been overlooked by several other auto shops. I spoke mainly with the wonderful manager named Danette who took me into the shop and showed me exactly what the issues were with our Mazda. Picking up on my lack of car knowledge, she made sure to write everything out for my husband to review and call her if he had any questions. Great experience.

This is the only shop I 100% trust with my car!Sometimes it can be hard navigating service centres when you have zero knowledge about cars and/or are a woman. I always feel respected at OK Tire, and I never feel as if my lack of knowledge is being taken advantage of. 10/10 would recommend.

After getting a flat tire, they quickly fit me in to their schedule for repair. They even noticed the broken tire jack in my car (it broke while I was putting on the spare) and they were kind enough to order me a new one free of charge. Great customer service! Will definitely go here for any further car needs!

3 days before Christmas 2022 my exhaust suddenly fell off. I immediately contacted OK Tire Barrie and to my surprise they said to bring my Honda in right away and they would fix me up . I was happily shocked as i was expecting some time after Christmas. They contacted me the next day and said my car was ready. Not having my car over Christmas would have been very difficult as I was going to be driving to see relatives. Thank you so much for coming to the rescue. 5 Stars for sure.Don Karas
