We've ordered quite a few time from this Mary Browns in south Oshawa. We always ask for all thighs without any issues. Tonight I call and ask for a 13 piece all thighs and they tell me that's there a 9 dollar upcharge for that. I asked since when and they told me since July 2021, NOT TRUE at all, they have never charged me that and if they had I'd have refused, that's like an extra order of chicken. Also, you'll have to call at least three times to get through if you're lucky. Often they just don't answer.

Newly renovated, the store still lacks basic accessibility features like a power door or even a clear path or travel to the restroom. Staff were unfriendly and shoved items into paper bags, clearly not welcoming patrons to eat at the tables that had not been wiped , even though I was the first customer of the day.

dined in and then was told the washroom was for staff only in a rude manner by a young employee in the store. Why have tables to dine in but nowhere to wash up? is this even code or legal? not to mention the way I was spoken to by the young man as if I was in the wrong for asking politely to use the washroom. Check your young staff before someone else does. Since when has this started happening. I have come here for years, I can't believe the way I was spoken to by this young man as if someone isn't going to check him one day.

Forgot to put Chicken on Big Mary CHICKEN Sandwich! Who the heck eats bread with lettuce & mayo only. I tried calling the store noone answers the phone & the voicemail is not setup.

Been getting Mary Brown's every so often, and I come here as its quality is usually above and beyond the competitors.Today however, I ordered my usual, and its like I got my pieces from KFC. They were the smallest they have ever been. The last time I was here was a month ago and it was just fine. Today though, its noticeable that they are cutting down on portion sizes (they were extremely careful with the spicy seasoning) and reducing the quality of their main product, the chicken.If management sees this, please let me know if you have switched suppliers, in which case your meal is no longer worth the price, or I received poor service. I might mention I've never seen before the staff that were working there today.

Got big Mary’s and fried chicken. Both items are consistently great, haven’t had an issue yet in the past 3 years of ordering from here. Mary browns has overtaken places like Popeyes as well as providing halal options for community members in the area.

Skip gives you literal options to remove items in your food, I removed everything yet when I see my chicken burger everything, even extra items that doesn’t even originally come on the burger! If you could read my comment on there to add an extra sauce how could you not see no pickle no lettuce?

Only thing for me is wish was more seating but there isn't room to do so...I remember way years back it used be larger with lots seating the food is good except sometimes taters could have bit less salt and I liked vege type salad that not offer anymore ....you asked so I offer ideas?
