Test environment was horrible when I had. There was construction and so noisy. They just don't care about test environment. They don't evaluate before venue. They just need money and don't care about facilities given as per fees. But you do get call to prepond or postpone your test venu due to staff not available or less participation as per their convenience.Finally , make sure you don't forget to raise concern immediately during test since they don't consider your concern once you done with test.

I booked the IELTS exam in this institution, but then I had to cancel. I sent an e-mail to the institution to get a refund and even tried to reach by phone, but nobody responded. I have been waiting for my money for a month. They are very unprofessional!!!

I gave my IELTS exam at this centre. The lady at the reception ensured that the experience was wonderful and everything went smooth. They have a waiting area, in case, if anyone has a speaking test within the next one or two hours. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied :)

The worst experience of my IELTS exam ! There were no facilities compared to what I had paid ! There was a loud noise of construction while doing my reading and writing which was disappointing! The worst thing, IELTS is all about time management, and the room’s clock was not working!!! So the invigilator needed to announce the time whenever he was free! Another great problem was the speaking examiner who had worn mask and you could barely hear what he was saying!!!

The front desk administrative staff is supportive and guided at every point in time. The Xyna Oakville test facility has wireless headphones crystal clear for listening. During the exam, Frequent time updates were provided. Test takers' personal properties are handled and returned safely and securely. Thanks !!!

Worst experience. Never replied to query. No contact number. Never answer calls on the given number.I have been trying to connect with them to ask why my Ielts results are being delayed . The only reply they give through email is (you will be notified once the results are posted)When I tried checking my results online , websites says your results cannot be displayed please contact your centre and this centre never gives any proper reply.
