November 2022 5*Generally you expect all Canadian Tire to be same. What make it is different is the staff and how well the store is organized.We visited the place to buy door lock and winter met. We found everything what we needed.The store was nicely designed and you get pleasant feeling.

Very poor service !!! I will not recommend it to anyone.I waited for two hours, and I was informed it will take a couple of more hours, so u need to come again. Also, i was charged about $200 just for inspection which was not informed initially. I asked initially about the charges and I was informed that after inspection we will let you know the charges and all of a sudden after 2 hours I was asked to pay about $200...

Customer service is very bad. They don't treat customers the same. Bought a grass trimmer from them. I just opened it and tried it. I did not like and tried to return the item since it was not working well. They only offered an exchange and were not ready to return or provide store credit too. The manager said they don't do store credit any more. However they gave store credit for a lady before me. When I pointed out the same, the manager said each item was different and rejected my return.Visit this store only when you are absolutely sure that you will not return the item. And also verify the return policy before making any purchase. In this store, every item and customer are different.

Fantastic service.Even though I had to return multiple times to get my tire pressure sensors reprogrammed, (eventually had to order from dealer), they were pretty professional about it.When they weren't able to program the sensors, they asked me to have them programmed at the dealer and they would just refund the cost.Special thanks to the manager, Richard. He was very patient with this issue

This is my First time visit and mostly last, I will never visit Canadian tire for any auto repair.I believe they aren't experienced at all. It's waste of money and time in dealing with the mechanic here.They couldn't debug a simple and common AC issues properly in the first attempt and they don't know the exact problem. I already spent over $550 on the ac gas evac and refil when they promised that it should fix the ac. I had to revisit them again to debug issue, and now they say may be condenser replacement will resolve the issue. I don't believe them and I walked out.

My Name Srikanth G.Called in for an appointment for brakes service before I actually go. Gave the car vin number and what not to order them prior. Went there as scheduled and they say they can't do it saying they don't have them. That's the whole point I called days prior and got confirmation. Bad experience. Don't recommend.
