Worst customer service ever. The owner lost my ring before my wedding and he was not ready to compensate or give the same ring. Also, he was not cooperating with us. This is the worst experience for me because i love that ring. I have all the recordings in my phone how you behaved with me and my husband rudely instead of giving my ring you are rude with us. I will not suggest anyone to go to his shop. You are a liar.

STAY AWAYMy gold chain literally fell apart 3 months after purchase and the owner told me the reason was likely the clothing that I was wearing. Mind you, it was a fleece sweater… I asked if anything could be done to fix it and I was told no.This place is a joke!
