Super friendly staff, the lady at the door was super nice and had a nice approach. Ended up buying more than we anticipated. Overall small yet a rich store with amazing staff.. highly recommended

Went in asking the trade values of some PS4 games and the employee said without even checking we don't take these out made up excuses and the ones that had value he made up their value. That's not very professional in my opinion, you have a computer to help you. Needless to say I left with my games in tow and went to The Beat Goes On where they took my games in and helped me better than this employee did" I would avoid good store.It's very disorganized and it looks like the employees care about talking to their regular customers or friends rather than helping others"

Epic gaming store with everything you could ever need. The staff are super helpful and know where to find everything. The prices are quite high but I think it’s worth it.

Went to go pick up a copy of Pokemon Ledgends Arceus and I got turned away because I didn't have a pre-order. Even if they have the extra copies in stock they won't sell them. If you're looking to get a newer game save your time and go to Bestbuy like I had to.

Store hours are wrong. Showed up at 630pm to buy something and you’re already closed. Just pathetic. Guess you won’t be in business much longer. Thanks for wasting my gas.

The staff were nice and helpful, I'd have given it 5 stars if the accessories selection wasn't so weighted towards the PS4 and Xbox One. They did have a few Switch accessories, but there are many more accessories on the market that would be good stock that were not available at this location like the pro controller. At least when I went there wasn't one. It's not the biggest gripe though, the location itself is quite nice and I'm sure if I was staying longer (In CA that is) the staff could've gotten anything I needed ordered.

Great store! The managers are wonderful knowledge people. They helped me find the right games for my nephew in a few minutes. They explained the games to me and made sure I was getting age appropriate games. I would rate this store at 5/5 but it just looks OLD! This store needs an update, specially when comparing to the newer EB Games. Makes this store looks like it's right out of the early 2000s. Oh wait! It is! Please update this store headquarters!

The store itself was nice by the one guy working there would not leave us alone. When we told him we didnt want help he continued to follow us and just doesnt know how to take no for an answer. When we went to the check out he tried to force me to preorder things I had never even shown interest in and the one things i did show interest in he just blew me off and didnt care. Honestly i wanted to buy something else there, but i refuse to go back just because of that service.

Went over to shop here yesterday and was in need of help and advice on what to buy my brother for his birthday. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of meeting Steven. He was a very helpful young man and was able to answer all of my questions and help me pick out a few items. I had a wonderful experience and I will for sure be coming back.

Visited this store today just to browse but decided to buy a game and some toys just because Lincoln was very personable and welcoming. Will visit this location in this future again! Excellent customer service.
