Always an amazing experience at Performance Mercedes! Alex Evans is 110% the guy you need to see if you’re looking for a new or used Mercedes. I came all the way from Burlington for my first Mercedes and it was well worth the drive. He treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable (even though I was young and driving a Mitsubishi Lancer lol), listened to what I was looking for and got me into my first C350!! I went to Audi and BMW for my first luxury vehicle and the sales guys did not come near the level of service, respect and professionalism Alex provided me! This is the fourth vehicle he’s sold me and I am so grateful I met him when I got into the luxury market. He’s honest, friendly, patient and one of the best car sales consultants out there. Thanks Alex!I have to mention Laurie Campbell in the service department as well. She is always friendly, and makes me feel like a continued valued client every time I bring my car in for routine service. Basic issues that should be resolved promptly and efficiently drag on for extended periods. It often feels like the dealership is cutting corners and taking the cheapest route possible, resulting in substandard repairs and recurring problems. This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made! He is an amazing customer service person and truly professional who goes above and beyond to help with customer needs. I got my new tires in less than 24 h and he spent much time notifying us about their arrival. ( we are both working busy jobs, not easy to get hold of) I can honestly recommend the whole Performance Mercedes crew to everyone!
