I was recommended to CM Auto Service to deal with a first time transmission fluid change on a used car, a procedure I was concerned about as it was an older vehicle. Claude took the time to explain why a number of common transmission fluid change practices could cause the issues I was concerned about and how the procedure he uses minimized such risks. His explanation demonstrated not only a great degree of technical competence, but also a genuine concern for the motorists he serves. I went ahead with the transmission fluid change, confident that there wouldn't be any resultant issues and that I'd be adding to the life of my car. Since then, I've continued to enjoy great, trustworthy service at very reasonable rates from CM Auto Service.

My noise and vibration concern was unresolved even after the repair. I was surprised that they have not tested after the repair done. I found, issue was still there immediately after I picked up the car. I visited next day in the morning and they gave me another appointment after 2 weeks. Overall I found they good people. May be i visited them in wrong time. Holiday seasons!
