I saw the shop advertising on social media and I decided to give them a call as I needed to get two of my tints replaced and I got one installed on my windshield. Shiva was very knowledgeable and he gave me good Alternatives and recommendations in regards to the different products that I could use because I had some other work done on my vehicle as well in addition to the tints. They were very quick to get back to me I call right away and they were very accommodating with appointment time. Shiva and his team are very professional knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them to anybody. His pricing is extremely reasonable and it's professionally done. I would recommend Ice Auto Customs to anybody in a heartbeat and you will not be disappointed.

These guys know their stuff and always take such good care of me. At my last visit to get a simple oil change, they found another issue that would messed my car up eventually had they not found it. First-class treatment for very reasonable fees.

I’ve had a hard time finding an honest auto shop, especially being female & not too educated on cars. But these guys are awesome!! They fixed my car went through everything with me step by step, made sure it was fixed throughout & safe for my kids & I. Very professional, very passionate about their job & it shows. Def will be having them forever do my car maintenance for anything/everything. Highly recommend!

Don't waste your time or money! We were completely dissatisfied with the mechanical skill and customer service. It was a long drawn out issue that felt like a money grab. The vehicle wasn't fixed properly, and we had to mention it when picking up the vehicle since it seemed they didn't even test drive it to notice it had a bigger issue after the work was done. We had to leave it even longer than expected which was so inconvenient and a waste of time driving back and forth. In the end, we spent a lot of money and the vehicle had another problem after the work they did, and they had the nerve to quote more parts and service to fix it. We declined! Parts that they used were subpar and were not worth the cost. Also the parts had issues after installing which was not reassuring. They were constantly challenging what we said about our own vehicle and never got back to us in reasonable time regarding the issue reported after the work was done. We literally had to call them repeatedly to get a response. I would never deal with them again and would absolutely not recommend them. Their service was unprofessional and untrustworthy. They have a lot to learn about proper customer service. It was the worst experience with a mechanic I have ever had that I will never forget.

Shiva was a great guy to deal with. Got a full custom air set up installed by them, also a lot of other modifications to the car. Super honest and trustworthy guy, car turned out amazing. Very reasonable and fair pricing.
