Each time I come in, staff have been knowledgeable and are prompt to service my needs. I would say pricing is competitive on prescriptions and the staff are always willing to assist you with insurance claims. Great customer service.

Pros：That is convenient to talk with them on wechat. Waiting time is short. They are nice to the older ppl.Cons：Overcharged on vaccinations compared with other clinic, and in need to practice injection skill,my arm was swelling and pain for a week after injection.

Amazingly helpful and courteous staff. Prices are a bit high relative to competitors for retail goods, but the feeling that you're seen as a person rather than a wallet makes it worthwhile.I live in the building upstairs and during the holiday season the staff went door to door with care packages" and season's greetings. That's the kind of individualized service I'm talking about."

Nice service! It is a joint unit with family doctor and pharmacy, the clinic is not open yet, but the pharmacists were very helpful. Even though I did not buy anything, the staff was very friendly and introduce all the services and products to me patiently. Very nice!
