As a nurse I have developed many aches and pains moving patients and heavy equipment around, and even some long term injuries. Teresa has always been able to target the right areas to help my body recover back to normal quickly, and lessen the pain and strain of longer term injuries as they heal and strengthen. I have been seeing her for as long as I can remember, and would recommend it for anyone!

Teresa is just the best. She offers such a variety of treatments and we've tried almost all of them to ease our various aches. The Craniosacral therapy (my fave), the Reflexology for my son's rapidly growing feet, regular massage, Spinal Touch (the most gentle adjustment we've ever gotten), and just recently the Indian Head Massage (so amazing). Thank you Teresa!
