Blackbird Hall

Great talent....HORRIBLE venue.

The venue is large but very out dated. The venue has pretty good sound but it has seen better days. Like Blue Bird hall it is a work in progress and I believe there are plans to shine it up a bit. Credit must be given to ownership in situation though. They are making an honest attempt to bring live music to the area. It is nice as musician to not always have to play downtown and as a supporter of live music it's nice that it is a reasonable distance from my location. There is lots of free parking......but it's not in the most desirable part of town. If you are a person who likes local music and you would like to see it thrive Do not be scared into avoiding this venue.

The Prodical Son of LCD opening up for Swollen Members before the venue is entirely discarded into Surrey's blurry hall of fame.

My band played here and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The clientele were equally as friendly. Could use more of a beer selection, but they did say they'll be doing that in the near future. Most likely go back and check out other bands when I'm in the area.

We (Crashing Angels) played a gig there.Good sound/light people. Service was good.

Awesome to see live music being brought into the south
