Worst place, Unprofessional people , Uneducated , No management . Reception House clearly is carpeted place , why government is trusting system like this to share refuges life with.My Family member had nightmares with some of these people here from case managers and settlement workers and even their funny housing workers.Because of Reception House and their unprofessionalism my family still waiting for their child benefits after more than one year.Government and other funders should not support this place.

Amazing place that truly helps refugees! I came here when i was 7 years old with my family. Having all the resources that my family and received as refugees was a blessing. Now at 23 years old and a Canadian citizen, this small little shelter lead my family and i to a gateway of opportunities!
