I've been using Speedy Glass for years. Great service. Last rock chip I went in for was covered under warranty. I didn't even know I had a warranty. But they looked it up and called me with the great news! I highly recommend them!

Nothing but con men. Went to get chip out of windshield, got it done but then told me they took my air filter out (showed me) and that it needed replacing, declined, said they will put it back (man never left desk the entire time). Had to manually check my air filter and it was super clean to begin with. So lied about my air filter being dirty and used a different air filter claiming it was mine just for a sale.Then they told me that my wipers were so curled that they were scratching the windshield and needed to buy their wipers. Again, wipers were completely fine after having my dealership look at them.Finally, they somehow managed to play with my car settings to turn off my locking noise is normally makes. Looked up how to fix it and it's not something that can be done accidentally.All in all, defiantly will not be returning after the my experience. Surprised by what they try to do just to con you into buying more from them when it is defiantly not needed. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Awesome staff and quick in and out. We recently had our jeep broken into the friver window smashed on a sunday. We called speedy monday and they had a window sourced and instally by Wednesday at 10 am. And it was way cheaper than our insurance deductable!!!

Easy to book appoitnment online. Came in to get a chip filled in in my windshield. The guys were great! Friendly and attentive.Thanks!!

Called for a quote to replace a windshield not covered by insurance. Got a price that we thought was way too high so we kept shopping around. Found a local company who did great work for half the price. Got a follow-up call from Speedy's discount" department later in the day with a discount that "only they could offer" (not available from the Speedy local office that I called)

Excellent customer service provided to us on Thursday afternoon, Sept 5/'19. My husband Dave's 1990 Ford Mustang's front windshield had been hit hard by a rock from a logging truck, on our way in to Fredericton, NB.; leaving behind a star break.Bob and the technician servicing our car were extremely helpful. We were wondering if our windshield could be repaired, as we didn't want to have to replace it.Our car is all original for its age, and is mostly driven to Car Show events. We were very relieved to hear that this star break could be repaired, saving us from having to replace our original windshield.The technician was very successful in fixing the star break, and we were very pleased with how the repair had turned out. I was pretty impressed with these people. They changed my window quickly, dealt with insurance, and called me to keep me updated. Then I got in my car and they had cleaned my mirrors and window, vacuumed the inside of my car, and even put the oil change sticker back on my windshield. I was super impressed with their service. Included in my replacement was three year of chip repair. Hopefully I don't need to use them again, but if I do, I'm picking this location.

Took our vehicle in yesterday to get a chip fixed on our windshield. We were greeted with a friendly smile. Then after being given the run around by our insurance company, the gentleman then went above and beyond and got us our coverage. They were very efficient! The entire appointment lasted approximately 30 minutes and the job was done perfectly. It’s as if the windshield was brand new. Huge shout out to Speedy Auto Glass on Prospect Street. We will definitely be back at this location for any future needs that may arise. Thank you for your stellar customer service….it’s hard to find these days.

I've had three separate windshields replaced by Speedy on Prospect over the years. The customer service has always been great. Bob at the front desk is very friendly and is excellent to deal with.
