Good property, with regular community events. Very receptive and committed team for leasing and managing the property.

I'm currently living in Versus apartment and I must say, this is a fantastic experience. The apartment is clean and has a modern design that I really appreciate. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, making the space feel open and bright.I would highly recommend rent any Versus apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.The leasing team has been responsive and helpful, which has made the rental process smooth and stress-free (I`m newcomer in Canada and this is my first home here). I'm very happy with my decision to live here and would definitely recommend it to others.

I had the pleasure of living at Versus from 2018 - 2021, and again from 2022 - 2023. Fantastic amenities, staff, and units. Highly recommended.

Extremely poor customer service.I had a confirmed showing for today and the guy even called me this afternoon to make sure we were coming. Turns out they sold every available unit over the weekend and didn't bother to call their showings to inform them that the units they want are no longer available.

This place is amazing! The suites are incredible and the views are beautiful. The amenity floor is excellent too. I love living here!

I was at the Versus building the other day visiting a friend and I was so impressed by the amenities that this building offers - media lounge, games area, gym to name a few. The location is amazing with so many eating and entertainment options nearby. I will surely be considering to move here once my current lease is up.

Wonderful experience living at Versus for 2.5 years now.  It is clean, safe and close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, buses and c-train.  I like the security features of someone can only come up to my floor if I let them in from buzzer.Every month, there are events on the amenities floor to keep Community spirit.  I love this-Thank You Versus.  All of the staff is professional and easy to talk with.   Mostly, I interact with the Resident  Experience staff,  Alaa Al-Eryani who is kind, professional and fun to be around during the events. :)Thank You Versus for the 2022 Christmas Holiday's wrapping station.  I really enjoyed wrapping gifts in a beautiful setting.

I to express my sincere appreciation for the incredible experience my family and I had while living in Versus.The staff at Versus went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were consistently amazing, helpful, and friendly.In addition, the gym facilities were outstanding. The equipment was in excellent condition, with a wide range of options for cardio and weightlifting, making it easy for us to maintain our fitness routine.It's with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to Versus. We will truly miss this exceptional living arrangement and all the wonderful memories we've made here.

Living at Versus has been a horrible experience, including everything from noisy neighbours to extensive repairs with workers in and out of the apartment to dismissive management.I work from home and the worst ongoing issue is a terrible neighbour above who also works from home and enjoys tapping, banging, bouncing something hard, and rolling marbles or beads or something strange (it’s a mystery!) across their floor throughout the day and evening, everyday.Try doing client meetings or relaxing in the evening with that going on!Management is dismissive when asked for help, basically saying that this is life in an apartment building so deal.I had moved into Versus feeling very optimistic and thinking it was going to be my long term home. It’s disappointing that now I hate every moment here and feel desperate to get out.I urge anyone considering Versus as an option to keep looking. My work and personal life are both suffering due to the ongoing noise issues and there’s no help from management.Basically, life at Versus sucks big time!

There are newer buildings in Calgary, but what makes VERSUS stands out to me was the management team. They are responsive, professional, friendly, and work so hard to make you feel comfortable and at home. The building is always clean. The cleaning crew vacuum the whole building daily. The 24/7 security people are polite and diligent. I have never had to wait for the elevator long, usually less than a minute except a few times that someone was moving in and booking an elevator. The gym is clean and always smells good. The weekly activities are fun with a good mix of activities for all. On the high floor, the view is gorgeous. You can see firework from various festivals. The walls are so thick I rarely heard a sound from my neighbors. The windows are sound proof enough. I can occasionally hear a siren from outside, but I think that happens in all downtown buildings. The maintenance person, Shawn, is the best! He is the friendliest while being professional and fixed any issue so fast you won't believe it. You can have a bird feeder on the balcony. People took care of their pets well. The pets here are clean and I have not had any noise issue. The water pressure on the 30th+ floor is good. The heater/air conditioner works well. The only thing I wish they add is a way to retrieve the packages 24/7 or, at least, a way to know if the concierge or security is at the reception before you go to retrieve a package. You can call them but it could take a while for them to arrive.Update: I'm taking 1 star out due to some issues (the garbage chute is often out of service, too often routine visits from maintenance that should be able to combine into fewer visits which is especially stressful when you have pets, etc.).Update: Taking another star off because, for 11 nights during Stampede, a quiet parking lot nearby turned into a site for Badlands Music Festival. Your ears will be blasted from electronic and hip-hop music from 6 pm to 2 am. If you are sure you like this kind of music, don't need a quiet time to work, are not sick, don't need to wake up early to go to work in the morning, or can simply sleep somewhere else for 11 nights, then this is a very good apartment. To be honest, this is not all Versus fault. I just hope that when we told the leasing agent that we want a quiet room to work form home, she told us about this annual nightmare. We are on almost the highest floor and still can't sleep. I can't imagine how bad it is for the lower floor residents. This year is much worse than last year. I guess this is the full extent of the festival, and last year was a milder version during pandemic.
