OMG - There is NEVER anyone available when you need them. I have had to call 5 times now for an urgent matter. The first time I was on hold for 20 minutes. Upon finally connecting me with a service person, they did try to solve the problem, however, their fix did not work. Our system continued to beep for the entire evening making it unpleasant for our guests. I called back again and asked if they could just turn the entire system off...well short of ripping it off the wall...no. I have now called 6Xs and just found out that they have assigned a tech to help us 1 month from now. Unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable. If you have an emergency...it will just have to wait and inconvenience everyone around the control panel.

Great system because my family loves it, love the wireless options and its so easy to use my grandparents got one too! A big thank-you to the prompt, efficient and amazing service from the Safe Home Secuirty team.

Worst company, never pick up there phone calls, don't call back after leaving voicemail, it's impossible to get in touch with these people , would not recommend, cause me a big headache, I went to there office and no ones ever there

Great place with great service

Auto deducted $636 out of my account after double billing me for months. They called stating that they were fixing the billing issue and then this happened. DO NOT USE THEM.

Great service from these guys. Had called them to come fix our alarm and camera system in our new house. I have been dealing with this company for the last 10 years. They had everything up and running with in 2 hours and showed my senior parents how to use the system too.Thank you SHS team.
