Quick Cranks

Took Quick Cranks’ bike repair class and now feel 100% confident ahead of an overnight ride. Was outfitted with the right gear and most importantly how to use it.

I found a bike online I liked, turns out Quick Cranks was able to order it for me. After submitting a form online, the owner called me and we chatted about the bike, I stopped in on the Wednesday, put a refundable $100 deposit down and ordered the bike. They had it ready to ride by Saturday. Everyone at the shop was super friendly, they’ve got a good selection of accessories, bikes and brands. I left the shop and went for a 20km bike ride on my new commuter. Super happy with the bike and the service. Thank you.

Mustafa and his team provide friendly, knowledgeable service. They know bikes. Excellent communication, keeping you updated throughout the process. Prices are reasonable and work is done on time and right. Quick Cranks is my go-to place for all things bike. Have been a satisfied customer for years and have highly recommended to all my friends!

I had no idea this place existed! Spread the word, this place is great! I brought my bike for a tune-up, and the guy working there (who I later learned was the Director, Mustafa) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything. When I came to grab my bike, one of the other workers there (Lauryn?) helped me find a kickstand and even installed it for me. They also explained how to maintain my bike and everything. Great service, great work, they don't try to oversell random stuff, and are genuinely passionate about bikes and their patrons. Great pricing, and they even offer lessons on bike maintenance! Picked up my 8S Devinci MTB today, on sale. Great deal, assembled at the shop perfectly.Satisfied with my purchase!

Came in to replace a rear rim, ended up buying teeth also. Staff was very friendly and service was very fast. I was in and out. Would definitely recommend this place if you need your bike serviced.

The crew at Quick Cranks are so friendly, knowledgeable and fast! I bring my bikes in every year for maintenance. They accommodate last minute issues (like a popped tire from a pothole). It’s easy to tell that they genuinely care about helping the community and are passionate in what they do. Could not recommend this place enough!

I was excited to see a new bike shop open up in the area - especially one that provides an opportunity to make cycling a little more affordable and accessible.Mustafa was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. How can you not love a shop that has a dog in it! Finn was a good boy. Ok, now the shop.Needed a flat front tire fixed. We were asked if we could wait 10 minutes and they would do it right away. We said sure and the bike was up on its way to be fixed.There a comfy couch to hang out on, over several small shops in the neighbourhood to check out.Anyways, the bike was ready in the 10 minutes as promised. The shop also pointed out a couple of screws that needed to be tightened or fixed. There was no pressure to have the shop do this or anything.The chain did need to be oiled and we purchased the oil to do it at home. However, the staff took oil and showed us how to apply for future use.Such a great shop.
