Corbeil Electroménagers

Today my dear friend went into Corbeil this afternoon because she needed to buy a fridge. She was ready to make the purchase because she was so desparate to replace her old one. She called me as she was in the store, there were 2 sales rep who looked at her and looked away, not even trying to engage with her. So decided to go somewhere else, she did not want to give her money to a business that did not want to serve her.

I came to corbeil in Lasalle on my first visit and spoke to a sale associate Rudy... He treated my self and my wife with such respect and patience... He understood exactly what we needed and tried to find the exact Appliance we were looking for... the service was so great that we return to the store once again

Great service from sales to delivery. The salesman was friendly and professional. Delivery was efficient - they called ahead (1 hour) and not only removed my old appliance, also disposed of all the packing materials. Highly recommend Corbeil!

Horrible service.Very few times in my life I have been so dissatisfied with a purchase. Sales people were great to promise, but did not seem to care much after I had paid. Head office did not really know what was happening. Someone at the store hung up on me after I complaint about the service I was getting. It felt like I was dealing with 3 different companies instead of one. Will never buy here again. Do not recommend at all.

After visiting 5 major appliance stores, Corbeil was by far the best. Our sales associate, Francois Simard, was excellent. He was a plethora of information (20 years in the business), professional and honest. He helped us find deals and made sure what we were buying (fridge, washer, dryer) was based on our personal needs.

Best service. Although they charge for delivery I ordered from them because of the care and friendliness, service and knowledge I received from their employée.They unpacked the dishwasher AND took the packaging material with them.Furthermore, they took my old dishwasher with them WITHOUT an extra fee.I am sure the big box stores would have charged for each of these extras".I did everithing over the phone. From discussion to payment to delivery - all 100%.Thank you

Service was excellent and delivery came on time and earlier than expected. Overall very good business.Update: the delivery guys did not the install the product well and since then, the washer would always be stuck on spin, hot water would come out and door would be closed. It’s been 5 days, the store and their customers services won’t try to help. They say they need to contact Samsung for the technician report, but they also said Samsung are busy and they are unable to provide. I literally called Samsung and it took 2 mins, so that was a lie. Furthermore, I provided the technician report and still they need a couple of days to send this to their delivery department and schedule a day. Honestly, bad customer service, bad organization, they don’t know what they are doing. Please AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Delivery guy came and said he can't do delivery inside bathroom. I asked just to bring washer and dryer inside the house and I will handle the rest. Then delivery guy just left with his truck. What ???

We bought a floor model LG Think refrigerator and it had to be delivered within 30 days. We were only moving in 50 days. We didnt want to have to put the fridge in storage in the meanwhile. When we were given our delivery date it was still 3-4 days early. In store they didn’t have the ability to just change it for us on the spot. We called in to customer service and they arranged it for us. That part was a bit of extra stress and time but everyone was really nice and we ultimately got what we wanted. We bought some of our other appliances from The Brick just across and they told us yes yes yes the whole time and in the end they’re delivering everything weeks late. Much better experience with your team being honest about what they can and can’t control. Willy was excellent and I know I’m not the easiest client. Good job.
