It was great dealing with Knee Walker Canada, Hamilton. Their rep Umer was very prompt in responding and communicating. Their door to door pick and drop off service is very convenient. The rental walker was almost brand new.I had fractured my ankle and was non weight bearing for 8 weeks, so found the knee walker very helpful and convenient to use for walking long distances. Used the walker outdoors only. Im glad I got the all terrain style as its very sturdy for outdoor use.I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Promised same day delivery and ended up never coming. Called the number in the website to enquire with no answer for 3 days. Finally got an answer and cancelled my order. DO NOT bother ordering from them. Count the cost and buy off Amazon or an in-person store.
