If I could give 0 out of 5 stars, I would. I am not impressed by the service and highly DO NOT recommend this place to others. There is extreme lack of communication and customer service from this company!Their website guarantees order processing in 1-2 days after order is placed; well, I placed my order 4 days ago and have not received any update on my order. I have even tried to email, call, and use their live chat - but I am not receiving any response from any of those outlets. It is especially frustrating because I paid for quick shipping, which apparently meant nothing.

Excellent customer service! Very responsive with phone and email as I was experiencing some delays from the manufacturer. They even helped me get money back because I ordered a custom lens when I didn't have to. Much appreciated and will definitely be ordering from them again.

I found a great price and got a great discount...so far, so good. I picked decent shipping speed...also great. Then I made the purchase. The moment they had the money, the order confirmation switched to say that the items were on a 10 or 12 business day backorder. There was some shipping confusion but mylens was quick to fix the issue once we figured out what happened.

Thanks to Max for handpicking and packaging my order with care! :) When they don’t have stock for a certain contact lens color, they messaged me right away letting me know if I would like a different color instead. Their customer service is the best!

Bought my first order on September 27th, the confirmation email notified me that the order will be delivered with in 2-7 business days. After 10 days, no delivery and no follow up email from the company and I started to worry. I tried to contact the customer service on live chat and write an email, no answer for another few days. So I called my bank to asked them retrieve my money, guess what? I was contacted by an agent who named Intan via email 2 hours later! He kindly explained to me partial of the order is still in wait, he can sent me what they have plus an extra case of contact lenses for good faith, then when they receive the rest, they can ship them in the second package. Sounds like a good plan so I replied him shortly and accept the offer. Guess what? No reply since that date, Oct. 11th. Then I received an email today Oct. 26th, 2 weeks later, telling me they received the full order and they’ll “kindly” upgraded the shipping to express if I drop the dispute case with the bank first. Even my bank told me that once they ship the package and offers tracking number makes sure I received it, the case will be dropped. Plus, no mention about the offer he proposed in the last email. Zero credibility and arrogant company, zero customer service unless you contacted the bank to open a dispute? I will advise anyone to avoid this company in the first place! No way they can do business in this economy the way they treated their first time customer.Buyer be aware! If you are lucky they get everything you ordered in the warehouse, you’ll be fine I guess. If you got partial items in back order like me, then good luck on finding a person to talk to. You will never know the status of your order unless you file for a dispute at your bank. Their customers service (phone number, live chat, email) is like a black hole, it will absolutely swallow everything and give you nothing in return.Update: I replied the email asking for a refund, 3 days, no answers. I tried to call them, phone call never went through, have to ask the refund through my bank dispute, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I have ordered contact lenses 3 times from this store, all of the orders came super late. The website says it will be shipped 2-3 business days but nope it took 2 weeks to be shipped out. They said it’s backorder which doesn’t mention on the website. They didn’t even reach out to me this is not available after I placed order. They will just be silent and let you wait for long. Terrible customer experience.

All reviews are fake or paid reviews. They do not have or carry contact lenses in stock and provide deceiving delivery guidelines. Do not shop through them!!!!

I ordered contacts from this place. I was waiting for the notification that they were shipped a week later: still nothing. I tried calling no answer. I eventually got an email saying oh sorry we didn't notify you you contacts will be arriving much later"They offered to ship me trials but yet still waited 4 days to ship those.(still not here)The lack of communication early on will definitely divert me to a different company to order my contacts. Really not happy with the situation."
