AB Inspection

We just had our new condo inspected, and Arik blew away our expectations. All details, major and minor, were examined and reported upon, all questions answered. I would recommend AB Inspection to absolutely everybody looking for an honest, thorough inspection.

We have worked with many inspectors in the past but Arik and his team far surpassed our expectations. Our past history with inspectors involved setting up an appointment and meeting them onsite, watching them work and then receiving a report a few days later. Arik not only gave us a list of required documents and information days before inspection but also took time the day of inspection to explain to us his findings and preliminary results evaluating things like the roof warranty, the previous repairs and the general pitfalls that the area is known to have (ground movement, presence of pyrite etc)During the inspection, Arik proved to be extremely knowledgeable in all areas but, more importantly, had an amazing rapport with existing tenants in the property (we inspected a 17 unit building during COVID-19; not easy) and was able to safely put everyone at ease ensuring every unit was inspected fully without urgency, a skill most inspectors lack.His report was complete and didn't miss a single thing which we had noticed during our walkthrough. He went above and beyond both in knowledge and inspection but, above all else, was an absolute pleasure to work with as a person. Not once did I feel my questions we're ignored, did my calls go unanswered or we're delays not respected. If you have worked with larger company inspectors, you will know all too well the one size fits all" approach they have which Arik is the complete opposite of with his kind and courteous work.In the future

I've had bad luck with home purchases in the past and have used MANY inspectors. Arik is the best, by far! Super happy with his services and clear explanations. He gives you the professional opinion of an inspector backed by the knowledge of an engineer. This is rare and very informative. I highly recommend him to anyone who doesn't know much about issues you may find in a house as he can clearly explain everything in a way anyone can understand.
