Would come here again for tire service. Cost was reasonable and as expected without any surprises.History: Had a tire losing a few psi every week and they identified issue and repaired it quickly.They were also very helpful and honest to other customers that arrived and called in while I waited. Again, could come here again for tire service.

Very Bad Customer Service. The Man on the desk don’t know the urgent situation when my tire got flat. I went to that store at 05:10 PM and my tire was flat and I asked for help but the guy at the desk refused to help and told me that they’re closing soon.I changed my tire by myself in parking lot and finished at 5:47 PM.ZACK was really helpful guy. He came out and helped me as he was already working on another car. Hats off to ZACK but the guy at the front desk looks racist.

Had a nail in my tire. Service was fast, price competitive and staff friendly. I felt like they cared and wanted to help me. Above all, I felt the staff were honest and didn't try to rip me off.

Contacted Active Green and Ross for a safety for my car. They got me in quick and were very helpful and professional. I was unable to take this car in personally because I was away. It needed service quickly because my other car was at the airport and I knew these guys could deal with it same day. The challenge is that they want to just replace everything. The rear brakes needed the earliest attention as it was reported that one caliper was seized. I'm left wondering if I could have gotten away with one caliper instead of both and just pads instead of both pads and rotors. You've probably heard it said Good, Fast and Cheap- pick any two. It was good and fast but it wasn't cheap. $300 in labour for rear brakes, flat rate 2.2 hours probably took less than 90 minutes plus a caliper and rotors that I likely didn't need for $350.This job could have been $450 less.To top it off, the email I received from them asking me to do a Google review included a $25 coupon for brake service AFTER i already had brakes done.

We had a flat tire while driving through Hamilton and needed an urgent repair. Manager Steve and technician Tyler and the team quickly patched the tire and had us back on the road in short order at a very reasonable price. Friendly service and complimentary coffee / tea while we waited. Thanks for saving our weekend!

Great amazing quick service. Their reports with photos sent to you by email and recommendations for future services. The staff I've met are super friendly and very welcoming. So glad I tried active green and Ross. I won't be going anywhere else for my vehicle services.

Just another automotive business that can't keep an appointment. Do not recommend. I have dealt with two AGR locations in Hamilton and both have not met simple customer service expectations.
