It’s a decent place for the price. My dog always comes back smelling very stinky even after she had a bath the day before lol. Not a fan of the staff who can’t take a 4 star review with one negative comment, so minus one star for that.

This place doesn't even deserve stars, I mean such a horrible experience, truly left my dog traumatized. I took my sweet Milo here after hearing great things. I came to pick her up and was only a few mins late and they overcharged me $40 dollars. That is no ethical at all, especially after the condition my dog came back in, she was covered in dirt, and wasn't feeling herself for the next few days. I have no idea what this place has done to my dog, but she has never been the same after that. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone, if you love your pets please find another place. They are not number #1 Pet care facility in niagara.

Very unprofessional and rude staffs. I left the dog for boarding twice here for a day, so thought of bringing her for grooming to be convenient. I asked the staffs, she said around $60, so I booked the appointment and took her today, the staff over there said it will be $75-100 + more depending on the behavior. So I said this is not the quote was given me before and said it’s ok I will take her to my previous place. The staffs I was having conversation was rude and the other staff sitting on the counter was making faces to the staff I was having conversation with. Very unprofessional and immature staffs and NOT consistent with their pricing and communication!I am VERY VERY SURPRISED and shock to see the response from the owner below, full of lie and accusing the customer Fautley. How do you run a business like this and lying calling the customer abusive and stormed ??? This place is absolutely ridiculous and nasty to deal with. I politely said, this is not the price I was given, I will take my dog to the previous groomer and left. You have the guts to lie and call me I am abusive and I stormed. This is how you value your customers and your business?? I wonder how you treat and take care of the dogs at your place. I regret I came to this place!

I recently had the pleasure of leaving my two dogs, along with my daughter's dog, at Boondocks pet resort overnight on my daughter's wedding day. As someone who deeply cares about my furry family members, I cannot express enough how impressed and satisfied I am with the experience we had at this kennel.From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff at the kennel genuinely cared about the well-being of the animals in their care. They greeted us warmly, took the time to get to know our dogs and their individual needs, and made us feel confident that they were in good hands.When I picked up our dogs the next morning, they were in high spirits and clearly had a fantastic time at the kennel. They were wagging their tails and seemed genuinely bonded with the staff members who had taken care of them. It was evident that our dogs were given ample attention, affection, and playtime during their stay.In conclusion, I cannot recommend this kennel enough for anyone in need of a safe and caring environment for their pets. The staff's genuine love for animals, clean and spacious facilities, personalized care, and regular updates make this kennel a standout choice. Leaving our dogs overnight on such an important day was initially a cause for concern, but this kennel surpassed our expectations and made it a positive experience for both us and our furry family members.

I have used this pet resort before. Always kind. Wonderful with pets. Understanding especially when pet mom Is nervous when leaving their loved one.

A convenient option for us to go sightseeing and have our dog taken care of. We called the local animal hospital and they recommended 2 locations: 1 of which is Boondocks. We reserved 1.5 weeks in advance. They required the usual vaccinations, neuter/spay and rabies documentation and accepted the docs via email. 48 hour cancellation notice. Hours are M-F 7am-7pm and Sa Sun 9am-6pm but they are closed 12N-2pm each day so you cannot pick up during that time. They asked if our dog required a private space or is social. We could not see the playspace and only 1 person is allowed in the lobby area. If we were to use this location on a regular basis, we’d need to see the playspace. But overall, very happy with the doggie daycare.

They are great with my dogs. They always come home exhausted. I would recommend the dog day care to anyone who asked.

My dog boarded for a 6-night stay over March Break. Although I was a little apprehensive as this was his first time being away from us the experience was extremely positive! The staff took lots of time to answer all my questions, I emailed them for updates to see how my dog (Potter) was doing and they were prompt to respond, even taking the time to send pictures. At the end of his stay Potter had a groom, and he looked fabulous. Our family will be back anytime Potter needs to be boarded or groomed!

I feel the set up is little raw. My pet always smells after coming from the day care. The day care charges are very reasonable.

They are a wonderful group of people. I was in a bind and they boarded my dog right away. He was with them for a week. I have never seen my dog so happy. He was taken care of really well. I would greatly recommend anyone who needs to board your dog this is the place for you.
