I bought an 8 camera NVR system from SASA. I highly caution you to do your homework before doing business with SASA. I was sold a Hikvision knock-off system, the Hikvision operating system is downloaded on a generic NVR. Shame on me for not asking enough questions, and yes Mark I was never exactly told what I was buying nor did the invoice specify any manufacturer. I called Hikvision one day for support, they were the ones who broke the news to me that I did not own a licensed system. I was also almost duped in paying SASA a ridiculous amount of money to replace my NVR hard drive. Guess what?...When I had my computer savvy coworker open the NVR they found a non-surveillance rated hard drive. This is why it failed within the first 90 days, and of course there is no warranty on a NVR hard drive. Mark told me himself that he installs the hard drives in the NVR’s. He told me he buys cases of them and on occasion one might fail as quick as mine did. The only reason mine failed is because a non-rated surveillance hard drive was installed. Also, make sure if you do go ahead and do business with SASA that you change all admin passwords and have a record of them before they leave. Because if you don’t, you will continue to be tied to their service. Changing the admin password in the future will require another service call ($$$). I have read a few reviews that use the words “Integrity” and “trust”. My experience was the exact opposite. Also, I’ve always been suspect of business owners who rarely answer their cell phones. In my experience Mark screens his calls. Whenever I called him he would not answer his cell if the call was from a phone number he did not recognize. I tried numerous times trying to get a hold of him using various unknown numbers without success. Is this the behaviour of someone who runs his business with “integrity”? Go ahead and try calling him from an unknown number, see what happens. Through my experiences it is quite clear that I do not feel SASA operates with integrity, somewhat ironic for a company in the security industry. One bright spot is Adrianno’s knowledge, and he seems like a genuine guy, I just don’t know if he is in on what is going on. In closing, make sure you do your due diligence and know exactly what you are getting yourself into...ask to see the hard drive, change and document all passwords (including admin), and make an informed decision should you actually want to buy a knock-off product. I hope this review will help unsuspecting clients.

We desperately needed to update our security camera system at a large full service fitness club. Our security system is very I Operant to us because it substantially decreases our liability exposure. We called Mark from SASA for a consultation and he provided an in depth proposal that pointed out many key features we needed but also letting us know what we didn’t need as well. The quote was fair so we went ahead with the project. Mark and his team were professional throughout the installation working around our staff and customers. They kept safe and clean work space and were perfectionist down to the small details. The follow up and technical support after the installation was what we most appreciated. I would highly recommend SASA for any home automation, security camera or alarm system.
