Kinsmen / Clown Playground

Great little park and playground, with new equipment, and recently added a public washroom. We’ve been stopping here for years to have a lunch and stretch ours and the kid’s legs on our way to and from the Okanagan.

Excellent for toddlers to primary kiddos. 2 baby swings, 3 regular swings, A BATHROOM, grass is lush and well maintained. The field has dips and rises and a stump for natural play. Two picnic tables and a bench too.

Nice little park, particularly for younger (5 and less) children. The child set with the clown is a little creepy but my 9 year old informed me that if you throw a ball in its mouth, it will roll out one of the sides. We didn't have a ball to test the with but I would be surprised if this worked.The bathroom was large and fairly clean, I'm sure cleaner than any gas station or fast food joint in town. And the water fountain is epic, it shoots what further than probably any other fountain I've ever used.My only gripe is that there are so few pieces of playground equipment. There's a school down the street with probably 3-4 times the equipment, but it's obviously for older children. It would be nice to have a few more pieces of equipment here, maybe even for slightly older kids.

Possibly one of the creepiest swing sets I've ever seen, but nice little park with a good family bathroom that has a changing table & soap & water & easy Street parking. Probably best for kids 7 & under.

Seriously 5 minutes off Hwy 1, so if you’re thinking of stopping, DO IT. Great for all ages, there’s old and new equipment and varying skill levels. Park benches, trash cans, a little library, and a bathroom (although we could not get the door to open, it didn’t appear locked and no one ever came out of it. There’s street parking, grassy space, and a grocery store a block away for cheaper eats than fast food.

Nice little play ground for toddlers and older kids. In good condition, clean toilet with a changing table for babies, and a couple of tables for a nice lunch break!

Great park to stop for your lunch on your way through and let the kids run free to stretch their legs. There is all sorts of things here for the kids to play on, a couple picnic tables, water fountain, a nice green space and a clean restroom with a changing table. Down the street from the save on if you forgot anything too.

Picnic table to eat on and a fully equipped bathroom including a change table. Great place to stop on your way through to stretch and eat. We grabbed pizza from Red Tomato Pies (so good!!)
