I’ve been working with Tanya for a few years now and she’s so helpful. She is an attentive listener with a good memory. Tanya has a talent for identifying patterns and finding simple and creative personalized solutions to problems that feel bigger before we talk about them. Each appointment feels like it gets me unstuck in some way and helps me keep moving in the right direction.

The skills I acquired with Tanya's help directly attributed to a healthier and balanced life for myself. I'll forever be grateful to Tanya for allowing me a safe space to share her compassion, honesty, and understanding. I can't say enough positive things about her guidance.

I have been seeing Tanya for about 5+ years now and have never been so comfortable with a counselor before. I tried many others over the years that never seemed to help me but after the first consultation with Tanya I immediately knew this is the person I want to see. Tanya has helped me with a huge array of problems and situations and has never once made me feel anything negative about myself even when helping me realize I may have been wrong. I have recommended Tanya to multiple friends and family who have go on to see her and rave about her just as I do.
