Eco Sanitizer

It's nice they have an online store you can order from. However, I had issues with their language regarding the sale of rapid tests. The attitude & tone of one of their customer service reps was... quite defensive.The website stated - back when it was a pre-order AND the wording has changed since I seen it. When I placed the order at the time, by default the number was 20, a normal person would think, okay if I have to order 20 Kits, that would mean I'm getting 400 tests as each kit comes with 20.With the attitude of the person, and if you decide to read this, you know who you are. You best smarten up.I did not bother to respond afterwards as I would have probably turned into a Karen.

Our clinic ran out of our usual surface sanitizer and our regular stuff is backordered for months. We reached out to Eco Sanitizer via email and had four 4L jugs in our office the next day! The product, SteriKleen, doesn't have a strong smell and stays wet long enough to sanitize! We're quite happy. Thanks again!

I have ordered from this company a few times now and been very pleased with the products. I like that they are made in Canada, and really enjoy being able to buy hand soap in bulk (the consistency and smell are great). Order fulfillment and shipping have been fast. The customer service has also been excellent.
