I cannot stress how amazing this company is!!!I went online to my chevy app and ordered road side assistance for a flat tire.I was initially assigned a different company who called me (after waiting a long time) and told me that I had to call back road side assistance and change my order from a tire change to a tow because the 2 trucks they had on the road did not have the proper equipment to change a tire. He would have to tow my car somewhere and I didn't know when I'm getting it back. I told him most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!!!I ended up calling back road side assistance and told them to assign someone else as the previous company could not help unless it was a tow.So I immediately received a call from wood Buffalo tow and transport saying he would be here in 10 minutes to change my tire.He came and had my tire changed within minutes.Very friendly and professional! I can not stress enough how this ended my day in happiness.The other company had my nerves shot!!
