There is an accessible bathroom. The office also has a tv and radio, and there’s free wifi.I like that the staff and other patients wear masks. Clean clinic, comfortable chairs.It’s easy to get work done during my infusions.I find most of the staff here to be great at inserting the iv for infusions (minimal pain/ bruising).I wish that the head office/scheduling/pharmacy was easier and more straight forward to talk to. They are difficult to reach by phone.
