I'm not very happy, don't take you great pyramese here, made mine look like a poodle, shaved very close to skin, twice now the ears were still dirty too. Started to grow back finally. However, I took him for just a bath, and they shaved his back again. They said they didn't, but its very obvious they did! 7 years with them. 5 years no problem, last 2 years ... terrible job!

Clean, organized, and friendly staff. Only reason for the 4 star is prices seem a bit high on some of the products sold. (Not necessarily their fault but does deter me from shopping here more often).

Pet Smart staff are always friendly, polite and helpful, however the reason for only 4 stars rather than 5 is that every 6kg box of milk bone biscuits that I have bought there in the last two months had more brocken biscuits, small pieces and dust in it than whole biscuits. I'm not sure if it is because of rough handling by staff at the store, or rough transportation to the store, or rough handling at the warehouse or at rough handling at the factory where the biscuits are made, or the machines at the fa tory that obviously fill the boxes the the weight required with no regard as to whether that whole biscuits, brocken pieces or dust - as ling as the content weigh the required weight. So then it is down to quality assurance at the factory - someone somewhere has dropped the ball here. Just because they are biscuits for dogs doesn't mean that we shouldn't care whether they are whole or not, I have 8 large spaniels and so like to give them a biscuit that befits their size, not a piece of biscuit that is nor more than dime in size.As this has happened 5 times at two different Pet Smart locations in the last two months I shall be taking an empty container with me at my next purchase and opening the box in store and transferring the contents to the clear empty container, to see how many whole biscuits make it this time and how much brocken and biscuit pieces I have. If it is over two thirds, as all the other boxes have been then I shall be looking for a refund.

Picked up a new cat tree. Was on sale and is good quality. The cats love it! Great selection of different types and sizes. Some were already assembled but ours had to be put together but it wasn’t very hard.

A great place to pick up just about anything for your furr babies.

Our poor motorhome 'horses' were in desperate need of a spa day, and we were able to get in almost right away. Allison was awesome with our Maggie today and tomorrow Penny goes!! What a great bunch there!! Cannot thank you enough!!

The last time I had my dog groomed by Amber I was very satisfied, she did a fantastic job but today I had Allison and I am not happy at all, first what should take no less than 2 1/2 to 3 hrs only took her 1 1/2 hours, my dog should take that long to dry much less furminate her still winter coat so needless to say she is not groomed very well but I will continue to use pet smart as they are prompt and like they say, one bad apple doesn’t spoil the whole bunch❤️

Wandered in off the street to see what the difference was between the English version and Canadian as we just emigrated. Looking for a fish tank and the lad on the fish tank desk was amazing, lots of information about the different fish and the tanks where best to see a different selection of tanks and where some of the more scrupulous dealers were that care more about profit rather than the fish.

Nice people, always, but they don't know much about cat items. Any of them it seems.They're well stocked and have always had my brands in.Good prices, slightly above petvalu though

I really liked Pet Smart. I needed a kennel and blanket for my brand new puppy. The staff were friendly and the store was clean and bright.
