I approximately 11:00 a.m. today April 1st 2021, the driver and vehicle number 7 past me in front of the mill on Stamp Ave. I admittedly was going 60 in a 50 zone and he passed me and was weaving in and out of traffic. Very dangerous I would have to say. Ironically I was on my way to lordco to pick up oil for my car and ironically car number 7 and I pulled into the parking lot at the very same time. His speeds of 70 plus were not necessary

The lady at the service counter was rude to my partner. She was huffy because she had to look something up in the computer. Perhaps she could be moved to a position where she is not a public representative for the company?

Great customer service! I was Christophe's last customer of the evening...he was already done his shift, but saw me with my car hood up in the parking lot, and came over to help me change my bulb and make sure he had gotten me the right one! A+ Plus character, and he made my highway drive home so much safer!

This is by far the worst auto supply ive ever dealt with! I set up an account with them, which never works and they can't resolve the issue, they ordered the wrong parts, which left me stranded so i went elsewhere for service and had to go to parksville to find what i was looking for in order to get the parts asap. I don't recommend Lordco to anyone.
