While waiting for a new sunroof to come in, our temporary fix ripped right off while on the highway. Tony was SO lind and understanding, helped get my car in right away for a new temporary fix (that was installed wayyyy more professionally than my make shift home fix). He even went above and beyond to see if he could get a new sheet of glass ordered sooner than what we were quoted from the dealership. I am so grateful for T&B and their crew and would recomment their service to anyone!

They did both of our vehicles, and a friend's vehicle in the last 4 months or so. They were professional and on time. They were also the least expensive in town, I called everyone. We will be taking our truck there when it's due. Great job to the peeps there. Thanks!

Tried to use this incredibly unprofessional team to replace a window. Awful communication, late and didn't let me know twice (didn't even show up, called the next day, and the next time was 3 hours after they were supposed to arrive). They called back to re book, I told them I did not want to rebook right now, call me back tomorrow...they did not call back until a week later...should NOT be in business.

Brutal service and zero communication. On two instances they failed to show for the appointment or contact me that they wouldn’t be showing up. Completely wasted two of my days off. I was forced to use them by my condo board (it took 6 months to get a window replaced). I would not in any way shape or form recommend using them.

These guys took 4 months to get windows in they came in the wrong size colour and style. We had to reframe the house to get them to fit. We also ordered doors through them (not by choice unfortunately our contractor was taking care of it) which took 5 months to come in and they came not the right colour style or size. We are completely unsatisfied with the service and incompetence of this company and will be letting everyone know what we had to go through dealing with with them. I wouldn't even be giving you guys one star if it was an option. The receptionist was also extremely rude and not easy to deal with at all nor did she seem to care that we were not happy with what was going on. 0 stars in my opinion. I usually don't post often on social media negatively but this needed to be said.

Was quoted for 3 window repairs and door seals... door seals were deleted from quote somehow in the system... then they had to come back multiple times for forgotten hardware and stuff that didn't come it... and when I asked about the door weather sealing and strips.. no its not on any paperwork. Yes its in my notes what the original estimate was done on site... but there's something about being across the river... the bill has to be at least xxxx dollars.. so they do a second quote for the weatherstripping.. be careful. Not the best value at all. And its not even done. Look elsewhere if you can.

I have rental properties and have tried this company for a couple jobs. Here’s a quick summary my experience:-they forgot about one job for a couple months-inaccurate invoices-charged my credit card on file without my permission-Kayla sent me an email with a numbered list of all the things I (and her colleague) had done wrong-when I called to clarify (a phone call is usually better than an email), Kayla interrupted me, wouldn’t let me speak, and wouldn’t let me talk to anyone else there lolUnfortunately, I do not recommend them.

Upon picking my car up from T&B following a windshield replacement, I noticed significant scratching on the dashboard of my car. I went back into the shop to bring this to the attention of the manager, who accepted responsibility for the scratches and said he would purchase the products to repair my dashboard, schedule personelle, and call me to coordinate a repair appointment. After two months and numerous attempts to reach T&B to schedule a repair appointment, my dashboard has not been repaired. Needless to say, I will not be returning to T&B Glass.
