I just had my first massage here and it was an excellent experience. I love the online booking platform (with reminders and online intake forms), which makes it easy for me to book and manage appointments. My therapist was excellent, and listened to my needs - I feel like I got exactly what I requested. The environment is very welcoming, with appropriate precautions to keep everyone safe during COVID, and to top it all off they offer a loyalty / referral program, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this clinic and therapists!

I honestly overall felt that this was one of the best massages that I have ever received. Amber was friendly and professional while personal at the same time.The establishment has a very simple and basic look to it vs a high-end spa or some of the other massage offices in spruce grove, but it more than makes up it's simplicity with an overall quality that far exceeds anyone else in the market. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to book a massage.Thank you for the massage I will be sure to come back again.

Blissful Balance is amazing. I just had my first massage there and it was honestly better than any place I’ve gone to in the past. Amber really listened to what my problem areas and pains were, and focused on them. I’ve been to massages in the past where they have asked what the purpose of the massage is but seem to be so stuck in their routine/don’t care and don’t pay attention to what I’ve said. Amber treated everything I asked of her, was very knowledgeable and professional. Amber was super kind and friendly. I will definitely be scheduling more appointments and would highly recommend Blissful Balance to my friends and family.

Amber is an intuitive therapist that suggested cranial sacral therapy after seeing me the first time. I have now had 2 out of 3 treatments. All I can say is thank you Amber!! During both appointments I could literally feel the trapped pain and negative energy leaving my body and a feeling of relaxation like I have never had before. I left both appointments feeling uplifted with a positive tingling in my body for hours after my appointment.
