The staff were very proficient, very good service and clean.I find the atmosphere a little bit darker and hasn’t been updated, if that’s what you’re into, it’s not bad!Always loved that classic Harvey’s taste.

I just had to write a review because every time I come here it’s the highlight of my day, the staff is friendly and really make you feel comfortable and at home, the service is so flexible and understanding, there have been times where I changed my order on the spot as it was being made in the back and they would always reassure me that it’s no problem at all and they would take care of any need no matter how to a greater length, Hina Is one of the most patient most Upbeat and positive fast food worker I have ever encountered with, no matter how hectic she keeps the same speed and smile, Of all Harvey’s locations I have been to across the GTA this location at Westney and Kingston is by far the best, they all deserve a raise for Keeping at such a high standard

Went through Harvey’s last night with my mom to pick up food quick. We were starving, the drive thru order taker was quick and efficient, when we got to the window they were smiling welcoming and made it really an enjoyable experience. I would be thrilled if I was met with that service again. This was a very positive experience. Thanks Natasha!

Had an amazing experience today with Najla! She was truly so caring and helpful, this was my first time trying out this location and my experience was unmatched. Najla recommended the pies which were so yummy! She is such a hard worker definitely loves what she does.

Thank you Natasha! It was late and my husband and I hadn’t had dinner and we don’t usually eat “fast food” so thank goodness for Harvey’s flame broiled burgers. From the moment we were greeted at the speaker we knew we were in great hands. Natasha was clear, kind and accurate. We show up at the window and her smile greeted us - she made the interaction personal and didn’t rush us nor act like we were a bother. She was able to repeat our order and deliver perfectly what we asked. The food was good and consistent…it was Natasha’s SERVICE that made this an over and above experience.Thank you Natasha…you made our evening and we pray you are abundantly blessed!!!
