Poor service

Not the best staff or service

I was dealing with a different provider from Virgin. The young man took my info and went to another company to deal with it. Great experience. I guess it is who you deal with. Not the company.

Terrible customer service. 5 mins after the kiosk opens on Black Friday the two associate were standing around eating breakfast sandwiches. Asked about a replacement phone for my daughter as the warranty they mislead me to believe was of value only to discover it was an absolute piece of garbage. Prior to going in store I spoke to Virgin mobile reps on the phone, they advised to go in the store as I would receive the phone straight away. The guy behind the counter tells me that the call centre said that to get me off the phone and there there is no way they can communicate with the call centre. I gave him my daughters number as it is a Ontario phone number, he was like where is that number from?" I told him Ontario his reply was

I wish I didn't have to give it a star to review it... the guys at this kiosk can't even be bothered to stand up straight... rude little snobs .. good luck with life guy's lol

Hated it. Worst customer service. Waste of my time.
