Owner patiently explained how I can get benefit from MPI, and the service was so fast and amazing. Strongly recommend people who live in this area go this place if you have any issue with your window!

I got a chip in my windshield from another car yesterday! I called this location this afternoon and he got me in within 3 hours! The repair was done in less than an hour as promised and they even found another chip that and repaired that. Super friendly and quick and efficient service. I hope to not have another chip or replacement but if I do, I will be going back here for sure.

Emma was amazing to work with at this speedy glass! She provided excellent service, fast and efficient and prepared my stone chips absolutely flawlessly. Definitely recommend checking the out if you need any window repairs down :)

I've always gone to a Speedy for any of my windshield work in the past. Last summer I called this Fort Richmond's Speedy, as I needed a new windshield. I was told that they would order my replacement and would call me when it comes in. A month goes by and I received no call so I called for an update. I was told that the windshield was back ordered, but it shouldn't be much longer. Another month goes by so I called again and was told by the same representative that it's super strange that it hasn't come in yet. I asked if the windshield was infact ordered and the representative said yes and it should be coming any day. Another month goes by and same thing. After not hearing anything from Speedy for several months I called in early 2023. The person who answered my call, who later identified himself as the manager, informed me that the representative, whom I've been talking to, no longer is with them. I gave him an update and what I've experienced so far, to which he replied that he would look into it and call me right away, the same day, which didn't happen. I called back, you guessed it, a month later and the manager answered the phone again. I repeated the backstory and mentioned that he said he would call me, but didn't and if he had any update. He, with a little scent of attitude, said that he can't get the windshield. I said that this was strange, which he then asked what my vehicle was again. After I gave him the information he looked it up, with me on the phone, and then said that they can't get it. So I thanked him for getting me the information and hung up. A month later I called another company and had my new windshield in less than two weeks. I don't know what is going on at that particular Speedy and why the lack of customer care and communication. The whole dealing with them was just strange for a, mostly safe bet, Speedy brand.

They put the speed" in Speedy Glass!I called on Monday to have my SUV's tailgate back glass replaced and picked it up on Wednesday at Noon! Plus

I went in to fix a windshield chip, and they actually found 4 other chips that needed filling. Took a while, but they got the job done right and now my windshield looks great! They also direct billed MPI so I didn't have to deal with the paperwork, which was convenient. Would recommend!

Really happy with the fact Mike was able to get me in short notice and change the windshield before I move. Service was done quickly and promptly.
