Called here two days ago to renew my insurance and an agent, I think by the name of Vanushka (who was a trainee), helped me and was very polite and knowledgable. She recognized me when I went in person. Will definitely come back here for my next renewal!

It was very easy and smooth transition for me to register my out of province vehicle through them. Teagan did amazing job explaining all important aspects of getting insurance. Overall it took myself & my wife 30 minutes including registration and license plate switch.

My wife and I needed to transfer a family car to our name, and we were lucky to have Sam help us. We arrived when they were about to close for the day, Sam was willing to assist us, and he went the extra mile to make sure we got the best insurance rate. Sam is very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend him.

I went to InsureBC around 4:50pm , but closed already cuz it will be closed on 5:30pm on Google map. However, I asked worker to open it, they didn’t even opened it. They just ignored me even they have still 45mins to close. I don’t even understand. I won’t come here anymore.This autoplan is worst store ever I’ve been.

Ever since i moved to richmond 4 years ago, i always go to this place to renew my car insurance. I always end up on these 2 guys that are so nice! Forgot their names, the first guy that has eyeglasses and the other guy named David! Thanks guys....
