Great Clips

I have gone here for the past several years, for the most part it was great, until recently. It seems they are getting a lot of new people, and I’ve found over the past few months as I’ve gotten my haircut every time it’s slowly gotten worse and worse. That was until today when i had a man who I have never seen there before cut my hair, and it was simply not a good haircut. The man smelted of cigarets, which often times a majority of the employees do, and man handled my head (was rough with my head) while cutting my hair. The portion of my hair that was meant to be buzzed was uneven, and he blended my hair about an inch higher than it should have been. I was left with an awkward fohawk thing when i just wanted a fairly easy and basic haircut. I went to another shop to get it fixed and they actually laughed at how bad my haircut was. The lady at the other store did her best to save my haircut, but it was basically impossible to actually save because of how much hair he took off and because of how uneven it was. Overall I’m left with a bad hair cut that i will have to wait weeks for it to grow out, and I’m out money that i spent for a bad hair cut. This store used to be good, but is falling off in my opinion.

Myself and my two kids 5 & 3 had our hair cuts done today at the Aldergrove Great Clips and the service and cuts we both well.. GREAT! They were friendly and helpful. I’m clueless with hair and they helped me make decisions that indeed looked great for everyone even myself. I needed a trim and was told it would be 11. Min ended up waiting over 30 min because the other woman decided she didn't want to deal with me and went to hide in the back.

I Went to great clips for haircut. The girl faith did my haircut. She did a great job.she gave me a nice haircut. I give her 5 stars

Great experience! I have a hard time making appointments anywhere because I’m so busy…I called and they said the longest I would wait would be 15 mins, this was perfect for me since I’m a last minute kind of girl. The wash was amazing, including the head massage!! Cut was great and I was in and out quickly!

If stylists cant do women's hair then say so, i would have rather waited for someone who can, rather having a uneven butchered hair cut. Was cut way too short, uneven and probably the worst hair cut I've ever had. Took my chances being it is great clips but will never return. Should had my 7 year old cut it. Would have at least gotten it for free.

Went for my typical haircut. The lady didn’t take the time to read the description and decided to buzz my hair. To top it off it was patchy and I had to go home and fix it. If I wanted a buzz cut I would have done it myself at home. By far the worst hair cut I have ever received.Update:I emailed the support line that responds to all there bad reviews and they don’t actually do anything to help, instead they said this location is independently run and they will let them know. They only respond to the negative reviews they don’t actually fix it.

I really appreciate the patience the lady I always get to do my sons hair. He's 2yr old and she is so sweet with him. Everyone is great with my older daughter as well! Treats her like 1 of the girls. Thanks Great Clips

Good place to get your hair cut. Find them to be a little expensive tho!

Not a lot of good to say about the customer service or lack there of. You were called up, got a quick haircut without any care or once over to make sure the end result was good. Then when it was time pay, the young lady abruptly gave me my change and walked away. Very rude and I will not bring my business there again.
