Passionate, responsible and excellent customer service. The guy goes nuts when it comes to customer service. I have seen him work, he wants to make sure any car leaving his garage is throughly inspected. He will give you an honest assessment of your car. He is good with high end cars, the popular honda, toyotas and of course the american cars.
