Great studio for Langley Pilates! Highly recommended

I have been having with lower back pain and very stiffness to hamstring. I have found really great pilates class in Evergreen Rehap and Wellness at Langley location. Ms. Jang has warm, enthusiasim and sweatheart. Also, she has in depth knowledge of anatomy and how I can improve my bodies with appropriate exercises. She has made me feel totally at ease, detailed and kind explaining every motion and posture. Her teaching is never the same every single class, so every time I have learned new things without boredom. I have attended for a couple of classes, now I feel that my core strength has improved along with balance and posture. I would thoroughly recommend Ms. Jang class with 100%.
