Can't necessarily review these products as most of them come from police or agencies who either seized or turned off their items for auction.However the service staff there is polite and professional. They're very casual and knowledgeable where their product comes from.The auction site looks outdated but still effective.In terms of treatment for product, it is standard to anyone who is inept. Their description upon inspection is generic and relative to electronics. However most items will not include a power cable/adapter but yet says there was a power test. I would trust it but some would not.I've made a few winning bids that did not mention damage on certain sensitive parts of the device.Generally will shop again but be weary of devices that have sensitive surfaces such as mirrors or glass.

Mike is such a nice and friendly person. He pays such a close attention to each customer and his needs that he would chat with one for almost half hour no matter how many people are waiting in line. That's what I call a Real Customer Service! And then he would greet you by asking: why do you log in to our site so often? Probably meaning that Police Auction Canada site is not open for such imbiciles like you.Keep up a great job, Mike! You're the best!!!

Pickup place for the online auction. The service is great and the guy at the counter is hilarious.

realy friendly staff and their online auctions is great lots of cool things from collectibles to daily use items. All money received is donated to charity

The appraiser they use are one of the worst in the industry. Over inflated the price by at least 3x the value. To give an illusion of a discount. Bidder be ware. Jeweler will only pay melt price for your jewelry. Diamonds are worthless when resale especially clusters. There are fixed bidder too driving the price up. When buying used bicycle if it's not as described don't pay period.

The jewelry is not worth what they say. We won two items and went to get appraised. The first item said it was worth 1100.00 and she said maybe 500.00 and the second was appraised at 800.00 and she said 150. It is an optical illusion. Buyer beware.
