Making it through winter down the Blackwater road with no car was stressful!! But when the time was right for me to purchase a vehicle Fair Trade Auto; NO STRESS!!The customer service I received was beyond phenomenal!! Classic small town service!!! GOOD HONEST SMALL BUSINESS!!! George and Karsten are truly honest businessmen. Family men concerned about safety and quality; and uncomplicated sales. From the first phone call to when I drove off the lot I was treated with respect and courtesy. Recently purchased a car from George. He was a pleasure to deal with, no bs just facts and truth. We got a fair deal on the car we purchased as well as our trade in. George took the trepidation out of buying a used vehicle. He was also a great source of info and gave us tips on how to save money on acquiring an extra key without paying the exorbitant price the dealers charge.
