The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very responsive and pleasant, but the lady who came to my home to take a look was not. She became very petulant when asked to put on a mask, and I finally had to insist firmly that it was my house and my rules. When she finally did come in I explained that we wanted to replace our water entry pipe to bypass a corroded shut off valve and also to improve our water pressure, but she cut me off, told me it wasn’t going to work and that we were going to have to rip apart our house and replace all of our pipes. I kept trying to interject to explain why we wanted to take this approach based on what other professionals had told us, but she was not interested so I gave up. We retained another company, they did the work and both of our problems have now been solved.
