Loved working with ZEN-AIR! They were super professional and helpful through out the whole installation process. Any time I had a questions I was never left unanswered and everything was explained in a lot detail about the system and product. We are definitely happy with the quality. I would recommend getting work done 10/10 with Zen-Air!

Kyle, Jason and the team was exceptional. They were quick, efficient and installed a beautiful new furnace and thermostat. They changed our system from oil and electric to fully electric. They took care of everything from start to end; from setting up the electrical, disposing of our oil tank and taking the time to explain our new system in detail. The new furnace heats our house more efficiently and is so quiet. It is more powerful than our oil heating and we can barely hear it. We can’t thank the team enough! Would highly recommend ⭐️

After over 30 years in operation, we decided the replace the a/c system. After contacting several service providers, we selected Zen-Air for the following reasons: since the first meeting, Mr. Kyle Porath (with whom me established the first contact) responded to all our (many) questions with courtesy and sound knowledge; he guided us, step-by-step, on the selection of the most cost-effective, environmental friendly system, given the pros/cons of the several different options available; he explained the procedure for the replacement of the old system and the price of the new system.The installation of the system was done by Mr. Porath with a team of highly qualified technicians, who finished the job on time leaving the premises pristine. Once the system was installed, Mr. Porath took all the necessary time to set up the new systems and explained its operation. He also invited us to call him for any further assistance we might need.Outstanding professionalism was shown from the beginning to the end (installation).

Amazing team!! I had my oil furnace replaced last week with a new electric one and a heat pump and am extremely happy with the results. Kyle was very patient beforehand, explaining the process and choices in detail and answering my many questions. He along with Jason and André did a seamless equipment removal and installation and left all work areas so clean! Their sub-team of Rick for the required electrical work and Roch for the oil tank/line removal were also outstanding guys.I had heard excellent things about Zen-Air and now know why. A super pleasant group, extremely current in their knowledge of the ever-changing heating/cooling industry and who went above and beyond to ensure all went smoothly. You can’t go wrong with this expertise!

Used their expertise to remove oil tank and reaplce our heating system and AC unit with new equipement. Did an excellent job overall: good communication from their project manager (Kyle), protected the floors when doing the actual work, polite and knowledgeable crew. From my initial contact with Kyle, who was very thorough and provided great insight to Jason and the whole installation team with the removal of my oil tank, conversion and installation of a new electric furnace and heat pump. It was evident from the beginning that the team was coordinated, knowledgeable and experienced in getting the job done. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Excellent job, very satisfied!

Honestly I would give Zen Air 6 stars if I could. Family run business, I had Harry the dad come for the initial visit to assess the problem. He was just awesome, explained everything and showed me a few tricks to maintain my heat pump. Jason his son came the next day to fix the problem and he was just great. Amy in the office was on top of everything and just incredibly helpful the whole way through. You'd be crazy not to use them for anything to do with HVAC, heating, cooling.

Recently, I was fortunate to have had the Zen-Air Company reinstall a new Carrier electric furnace & thermopump at my home. From the onset, it was evident that the team’s technical and communication skills were fine tuned. Shepherded by the owner, Jason, they worked in unison; no stone left unturned. Attention to detail, respect for safety and codes (i.e. replacement of exterior and interior wiring and cables), resizing the base and restructuring the ventilation shafts ensured optimal performance. In addition. they installed a new thermostat.Mr Zenebisis & his team, each with his respective skill set, spent the day addressing the problems and “making it right”. Most importantly, all of my queries were addressed patiently and respectfully, thereby ensuring transparency.Not only did Zen-Air meticulously execute the furnace/thermopump reinstallation but had replaced my hot water tank previously as well.I highly recommend this company as a trustworthy resource for all HVAC related matters.
