Caledon Valley Estate Barn

This wedding venue is the most beautiful place in the Caledon area. My husband and I visited it first, and compared every other venue we saw to it - none of them compared in the slightest. The outdoor ceremony space is oh so dreamy with a whimsical willow tree and a beautiful pond behind it. The grounds in general are stunning from the fireplace area to the fields with two beautiful white horses (that you can take photos with). The barn is beautifully white washed, and the lower half with its rustic stone walls is the ultimate cocktail hour area! It is also super accessible with a ramp and bathrooms at both levels!I cannot sing Don and Tabitha’s praises enough! Over my two year engagement, I visited whenever I wanted and was welcomed with a smile every time! They’re both the BEST at communication with every email or text I sent being answered promptly! They helped me navigate the other vendors, and continuously added benefits to the venue (ie. honey gifts; large metal mail boxes for cards; two different arch options). Don and Tab truly understand how special and important a wedding day is; they’ll make you feel like family! They even sent us a beautiful card and offered for us to come take anniversary pictures next year! I 1000/10 recommend Caledon Valley Estate Barn!

My husband and I got married at Caledon Valley in early June - everything about our experience with the venue was perfect. Don and Tab (the owner’s) allowed us to visit whenever we wanted, answered all texts and calls immediately and went above and beyond to make sure our day was exactly what we wanted. They were so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. Every area of the property was so well maintained and all of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue we chose was.We had the venue to ourselves for the entire weekend which made setup earlier in the week east and we had time to come back on Sunday so we didn’t need to gather our stuff immediately after the event.They also had a ton of different decorations/items for us to us (large framed chalkboard, wooden barrels, floral arch, etc just to name a few).I could go on and on, but in short we are so happy we got married here and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it!Thanks again Don and Tab!

A dream come true. From the venue itself to the catering to the owners it truly was the most perfect evening.Don & Tab make you feel like family, they go above and beyond for all your requests. The whole year up to the day of the wedding there were so accommodating. The venue it breath taking, it is well taken care of. Every single guest we had were speechless at the views and the inside of the barn.The day of, they helped with everything. They made my vision come true. They were able to supply various items to make the day even more perfect, a wedding arch, barrels, chalk boards, etc.They accommodated the rehearsal and allowed me to bring all my DIY stuff that day so I had less to worry about the day of the wedding. They even went above and beyond and had a sign on the side of the road to help guests find the venue.Even after the wedding they still allowed me to make multiple trips to gather all my stuff.I am at a loss for words to explain how amazing the owners are, how willing they are to do whatever it takes to make your day perfect, and just 2 incredible people to work with.They even have a golf cart and drive you to different areas to take your photos on the property! It doesn’t get much better than Caledon Valley.I cannot recommend this venue enough!Thank you Don and tab!From the pre planning- to the day of -to after -you truly made us feel like family, and my vision come true.

Don and Tab (the owner’s) allowed us to visit whenever we wanted, answered all texts and calls immediately and went above and beyond to make sure our day was exactly what we wanted.When we signed on with Caledon Valley Estate we also signed on with their preferred food vendor, Seventh Heaven Event Catering. And we were paired up with their Catering Consultant, Katelyn. Katelyn became another point of contact throughout the process and she was also absolutely amazing.Katelyn, Don and Tab all worked together as a power team. They were all absolutely perfect together. I can’t tell you enough how awesome these people are and how caring and detail oriented they were throughout the entire process.Our budget was tight and we couldn’t afford an event coordinator for our wedding so Katelyn stepped in whenever and wherever she could and she helped us so much. Truly amazing.Every area of the property was so well maintained and all of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue we chose was. In fact, we had MULTIPLE people tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to!We had the venue to ourselves for the entire weekend so we were able to come on Friday before the wedding and bring a bunch of items and do a loose set up before day of. We were also able to come back the next day (Sunday) and pick up all of our items from the wedding and of course Don and Tab had everything all set up for us in one location and ready to be packed up and taken with us. They organized everything!They also had a ton of different decorations/items for us to use (large framed chalkboard, wooden barrels, floral arch, AND they so lovingly allowed my husband and I to take photos with their rescue horse).We were actually sad when everything was over because we wouldn’t be in touch with Don, Tab and Katelyn on the regular anymore. But they assured us that we can come back and even take photos on our anniversary if we would like.Just great people, beautiful venue and the best wedding day ever!100000000/10 recommend

As a wedding and event planner in the wedding industry, it's always incredibly refreshing to work with a venue that is organized, communicative and detailed. Tab & Don were an absolute pleasure to work with for my client's early September 2022 wedding. They took notes of what my clients required for their special day and went above and beyond on the actual day. From providing directional signage and set up to transporting elderly guests on their golf cart from one end of the property to the other, Tab, Don and their team truly took care of their couple, guests and vendors. Don and Tab are truly amazing people! We just had our wedding October 16, 2021 and it was stunning, beautiful and the best day of my life. Don and Tab were so helpful, accommodating, and had so much to offer for our wedding. They bent over backwards for us and we are truly grateful! The venue was absolutely beautiful especially in the fall. Our experience with this venue was more like family! Whenever I needed opinions they were there, they showed me around the property prior to our wedding so I could look at good pictures shots. Anything I asked for they had or were willing to get for me including bales of hay for pictures as well!Caledon Valley Estate barn is truly a gem! If you are getting married I would give this place a 10 star rating if I could and recommend this venue to anyone! Their bridal suite is one of a kind and magical! We loved getting ready there and it was a great place for the young kids to go relax near the end of the night!I was really hoping the weather would be in our favour to have the ceremony outside by the willow tree, however the weather was yucky, and decided inside was best! Don and Tab exceeded my expectations and I am glad the weather was terrible because the ceremony inside was more romantic and stunning!Get married here you will not be disappointed!! <3

We had our Sikh wedding ceremony at Caledon Valley Estate Barn and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. This is the best indoor / outdoor venue in the GTA.Working with the owners Don and Tab was amazing. They were extremely helpful, responsive and understanding. They added so many personal touches that made our ceremony just perfect. I looked at so many different outdoor venues for our Sikh wedding ceremony, but when I found Caledon Valley I knew this was the perfect place.Don and Tab have really thought of everything when it comes to this outdoor space. Their attention to detail is amazing. From the washrooms onsite, to the parking and photo opportunities, they have thought of it all. On the day of our ceremony they were around to provide a helping hand with anything we needed. I am so glad we choose to have our wedding here. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an outdoor / indoor wedding space. It was absolutely perfect!

Fantastic barn set up for a wedding. Meals were good and plentiful. Lots of parking , including handicap spaces. A fair drive from Toronto. Inside & outside options.

We had a family wedding here last summer and it was fantastic. The owners, Don and Tab, were amazing to deal with and went out of their way to make everything perfect. Seventh Heaven provided the catering; the food was delicious and service excellent. The venue itself is incredibly beautiful. What a fun and memorable day! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I cannot even put into words how amazing this venue was. Not only was it extremely beautiful and picturesque, but the way the hosts treated us was unheard of in the best way possible. They treated us like we were more than just clients. They went above and beyond in every way and made our wedding day perfect. They were so accommodating through out the planning process, letting us come by to visit any time we wanted. Made us feel so welcome right off the bat. Two of the nicest people we’ve ever met. The venue itself is stunning. I had so many compliments on how beautiful it was not only by guests but by our vendors as well. Which says a lot especially for the photographers and videographers that work many weddings. Given how stressful a wedding can be, we were always at ease when we dealt with Tabitha and Don, the owners of the venue. I can go on and on but you will not be disappointed if you choose this venue. We wish we could relive our wedding day. Thank you Tabitha and Don for making our wedding day as perfect as could be.
