I’m happy to replace my roof with this company. They replied my request very fast with a detailed quotation, the workers arrived punctually on the day, and worked professionally. After the work, they cleaned all fields. Now I can sleep well then don’t worry about leaking anymore.

Great service, detailed work. They are able to get the work done within the same day i called. The price was reasonable too. Even though the weather was cold outside, they were very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. I love their work attitude and their professionalism. Last year horizon did some repairs for my condo building. The work was done very well. This year I had a repair to do as well. I found that it took a little longer than I would have liked but once the work was done, it was done, again, very well. Thank you Horizon.

Roof installation was done professionally but they purchase more than you actually need (for possible waste) and don't refund whatever is not used. Benefit for them for getting extra money out of the customer (didn't catch them when they did my roof). Son used the same roofer to have his roof done (emergency work due to leaky roof) and overcharged by 5 bundles and when confronted, demanded a refund of the bundles (marked on the contract) and now is having a difficult time getting refund due to the company stating that their assets are frozen due to bankruptcy protection. Good way of not wanting to refund the money.
